Can I pay monthly?
A: You can pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

How can I pay you?
A: We accept credit card and PayPal payments.

Can I host unlimited domains?
A: Yes, you can add an unlimited number of domains until you reach your disk space or bandwidth limits.

Do you allow overselling?
A: We can enable overselling for your account on request but there will be a limit of the number of accounts you can create with overselling enabled. That limit is put in place to prevent an eventual overcrowding of the server which will result in an overloaded server and slow performance while our target is quality.

Where are your servers located?
A: Our servers are located in USA at the SoftLayer datacenter which enables us to provide the best uptime to our clients.

Do you have an uptime guarantee?
A: Yes, we guarantee the server will be up at least 99.9% in any given month. If the uptime is less than 99.9% we will issue a refund for that month.

What is your servers' configuration?
A: We use Dual Xeon Quad core servers with a minimum of 4GB RAM and 12 hard drives in RAID10 format.  That means the server will remain up even if 6 drives fail at the same time (1 drive from each RAID1 subarray). Moreover, our servers have dual power supply units hence if one of them fails the server will remain up. The connectivity of our servers is 100Mbit/s.

Do you have daily backups?
A: Yes, we do. We use the R1soft CDP backup technology which allows us to create multiple restore points for your account hence you can restore backups for the last 7 days (1 backup for each of the last 7 days). Moreover, we have integrated the backup into cPanel so that you can perform the restores without contacting us.

How long does it take to activate my account?
A: New accounts are setup within 24 hours as per our terms of service. In most cases, your account will be setup within 5-6 hours or even instantly depending on what time you signed up and if billing department is online at that time.

Do you allow porn content?
A: We do not allow porn content. We do not allow the following content as well: torrents, proxies, download oriented sites, irc, hacking tools. We do not allow the space on our servers to be used for anything else except for the needs of your web site. You can't upload mp3's or files from your computer to use our services as storage. Such accounts will be terminated.

Do you have money-back guarantee?
A: Yes. If you cancel your account within 30 days from your signup date, we will issue a full refund except the money paid for domain names, script installs, SSL certificates. There are no refunds for dedicated and vps servers. The money back guarantee is valid for your first package only and can't be used for any other packages. A client can use this only once.

Do I pay extra for private nameservers?
A: No. You just need to open a ticket and request it.
